It would be nice if we could protect our kids from everything that life throws at them, but we just cannot. The best thing we can do is make them stronger and more prepared for the things that will come their way.
Through our kid’s fitness program, your child will develop qualities like trust, self-accountability, and confidence.
We offer an engaging and welcoming atmosphere to coach your kids carefully and in a way that keeps them interested and motivated.
We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. By using a fun combination of running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting, all while seeing the main priority be, that they fall in love with movement and fitness.

Our classes prepare young athletes to get the most out of their bodies by increasing strength, endurance, and flexibility, leading to increased productivity and decreased injury.

We are offering kids classes because it is important for us to instill the value of fitness at an early age. It is also important to make sure kids find fitness fun!! If children grow up associating working out with being something enjoyable and clearly seeing the benefits to their bodies and overall health, then they are more likely to keep fitness as a priority throughout their lives. Winning!

Group classes teach teamwork. Fitness games teach kids how to lead others through inspiration and encouragement!

Our classes will help the kids develop self-accountability and confidence, which makes them less likely to suffer from anxiety and depression.

Get two Level 2 CrossFit Trainers with a combined 13 years of experience in coaching functional fitness to run your team through an hour of strength and conditioning training.

Birthday Parties

2 Hour Gym Rental

In the first hour, you get an hour class with two certified coaches who will run the kids through a workout designed  just for them!

Age appropriate and personalized birthday board included.

Second hour for cake and presents (parental supervision required)
